Koza Ltd Earn in 60% of the Ayrshire Project

GreenOre would like to announce that their partners, Koza Ltd (Koza), has achieved the first earn in on the Ayrshire prospect.  Koza now hold a 60% interest in the project with the option to earn up to 80%.

The 60% earn in by Koza Ltd represents the significant amount of ground work that has been conducted over the past year.  Mapping and prospecting near the Fore Burn target has identified new mineralised outcrops containing gold up to 10g/t.  Currently the team is engaged in ground geophysical surveys that aim to build a better understanding of the subsurface geology and identify new drill targets.  Further drilling will begin again in the coming months.

Koza also hold a 60% interest in GreenOre’s Aberdeenshire project following last year’s drilling campaign.  Although gold was intercepted at depth in multiple drill holes the priority is now in Ayrshire as overall grades were comparatively higher.  GreenOre is working to identify new targets at both projects while developing the flagship Fore Burn Target in Ayrshire.

Managing Director Gavin Berkenheger commented: “We have been very active on the Ayrshire ground this year following up on the positive results from last year’s stream sediment sampling and drilling.  Koza continues to be an excellent partner and GreenOre is positive of sustained success in the future.”

This announcement has been reviewed and approved by Gavin Berkenheger (CGeol) in his capacity as the Qualified Person.
