GreenOre completes a short drill-hole at Gairloch to test mineralised zone

GreenOre Gold Plc (GreenOre) is pleased to announce that it has completed a short (55 metre) drill-hole on its wholly owned Gairloch project.

This hole was aimed to test the known mineralised ‘pod’ at the Kerry Road deposit and compare with historic grades.  As the historic core which still exists is in poor condition, it was necessary to drill an additional hole for observation and analysis. Samples of the mineralised zone are currently being prepared.  We expect results within 4 weeks.

Managing Director Gavin Berkenheger commented: “Once we receive results of our first test hole we can confirm likely mineralisation grades, and then determine how best to develop the Kerry Road deposit.”

“Work done so far strengthens our confidence in the prospectivity of Scotland’s bypassed gold deposits”.

This announcement has been reviewed and approved by Gavin Berkenheger (CGeol) in his capacity as the Qualified Person.
